Ruffinery is a pop-up social club hosting dog-friendly events in San Diego, CA. We are strictly an event-based company with no permanent location.

3. Event Tickets & Registration

• All event tickets are purchased through Eventbrite and are subject to Eventbrite’s own terms and conditions
• Tickets are non-refundable unless an event is cancelled by Ruffinery
• Ruffinery reserves the right to refuse entry to any attendee or dog that does not meet our event requirements

4. Dog Attendance Policy

By bringing your dog to a Ruffinery event you agree that:

• Your dog is current on all required vaccinations
• Your dog has completed our behavior screening prior to their first event
• Your dog is well-socialized and comfortable around other dogs and people
• You are responsible for your dog’s behavior at all times
• A signed liability waiver is required before your dog’s first event
• Ruffinery reserves the right to ask you and your dog to leave if your dog poses a risk to other attendees

5. Liability Waiver

Attendance at Ruffinery events requires a signed liability waiver. By attending you acknowledge that:

• Dog events carry inherent risks including bites, scratches, and injuries
• Ruffinery is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained at our events
• You attend at your own risk

6. Photography & Media

By attending a Ruffinery event you consent to being photographed or filmed. Ruffinery may use photos and videos taken at events for marketing and social media purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed please notify a Ruffinery team member at the event.

7. Website Use

• All content on ruffinery.co including text, images, and logos is the property of Ruffinery
• You may not reproduce or distribute any content from our website without written permission
• We reserve the right to update or modify our website at any time without notice

8. Email Communications

By signing up for our email list you consent to receiving event updates and announcements from Ruffinery. You may unsubscribe at any time.
